The stone-built villa Kalas Residence is the jewel of Keri, looking impressive, imposing and all-white on a hill clad with pine trees. The view it affords to the west, sheer side of the island is breathtaking… and it will offer you unique summer sunsets with the sun descending into the azure waters, while a sense of total peace and tranquility permeates everything around you…

Right next to the villa, the refreshing pool with the waterfall is one of the residence’s strong suits and it occupies the most privileged location and vantage point, from where you can admire the magnificent view while relaxing on the provided sunbeds. In the garden there is a small roofed bar equipped with a kitchen sink, a small fridge, a Hi-Fi sound system, barstools and a seating area so that, if you wish so, you can enjoy your meals or a refreshing cocktail while listening to music.

In the fully-equipped kitchen you can prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner and share it with your friends or family on the large terrace (140 m2) with the “built-in” couches and the outdoor dining area.

For your entertainment, the living room features an up-to-date sound system and a 40 inch satellite TV, while free Wi-Fi internet access is offered in all areas, the rooms, and the garden, so you can keep in touch with your friends and colleagues.

In addition to a sense of luxury you would also feel totally safe, since the deluxe villa in Keri is fenced and the gate is operated via remote control.
